Water Damage

Summer time is here and we hope everyone is having a great time ! During the summer we see different types of situatuion from Water Damages to Fire Damages. It is important to remember if you have a loss to make sure you properlty document every part of the process. It is important to be on board with your insurance company, your restoration company, and any other contractors involved. One thing we see neglected several times is keeping an active inventory sheet of all of your content. This can be done with a spreadsheet and photo documentation. It is never a bad idea to take photos today, so if you ever have a loss there is adequate records of what content you have.
