Wildfire Soot Covered Home in North Hollywood

SERVPRO was called in to cleanup a lot of homes that were very close to the wildfires of California. Depending on the home we were cleaning the outside and the inside. Soot covered the walls, roofs, and yard. Smoke smell and soot traveled inside the homes leaving owners with too much to cleanup themselves.

Using cleaning and deodorization techniques we had our technicians going from home to home cleaning. We always started with the top of the home, pressure washing the roof and walls. The inside of the home is treated very differently and is talked about in another post.
